Alexander's Jewelers, located in the short north of Columbus, Ohio, has quickly become my favorite boutique. Alexander is a passionate shop owner. He shares that passion and enthusiasm with you every time you stop in. He doesn't push sales on you and is a straight shooter, a characteristic that I've learned is hard to come by in Jewelers. His prices are outstanding and his used selection is magnificent. He has a great, ever changing, collection of Rolex and also carries my favorite company and manufacture Panerai. More after the jump.
Since moving to Columbus, from Chicago, I have had trouble finding a place where I can go to talk watches and purchase watches. The environment of a shop, boutique or jewelry shop is very important to me. Every time I stop in at Alexander's I'm greeted with familiar faces and expertise. Alexander has great resources to go through any timepiece, this shows in the quality of his pre-owned watch selection. He is also one of the few Jewelers who still understands and respects how to work on pieces, he has the tools necessary to work on pieces. If you're watch needs service or if it's been a long time since you've taken it in for service I strongly reccomend stopping in at Alexander's. If he does not have the right tools to work on your watch he knows the right guy to get the job done in timely manner and for a good price. He also buys watches for a check on the spot or credit towards another purchase. I know there is no other place I want to go to purchase timepieces in the future. I will be a lifetime client.
